All purchases of the Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Method™ are final once payment has been successfully completed and the purchased digital materials have been automatically delivered or made available, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

For the purposes of this Refund Policy, “delivered or made available” means that the purchaser has been provided with a download link, access link, private access page, email containing access instructions, or other means of accessing the purchased digital materials. The purchaser is not required to open, download, save or listen to the materials for delivery or access to have occurred.

The Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Method™ provides digital products delivered electronically following successful payment. Because access is provided immediately, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are not offered after purchase.

This policy applies to all Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Method™ purchases, including CORE™, COMPLETE™, audio recordings, exercises, documents, downloads and associated digital materials.

By completing your purchase and selecting the required Refund Policy checkbox at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy.

1. Final Sale

Once payment has been successfully completed and the purchased digital materials have been delivered or made available as described above, the sale is final.

Refunds, exchanges or cancellations are not provided because you:

• change your mind;

• decide not to access, download, listen to or use the materials;

• fail to download, save or retain the materials;

• are dissatisfied based on personal expectations or preferences;

• do not achieve a particular result or outcome;

• experience personal circumstances that prevent or limit your use of the materials; or

• purchase without first reviewing the product description, pricing or other information provided before purchase.

No particular personal, educational, therapeutic, financial or other result or outcome is promised or guaranteed.

2. Access and Technical Problems

A technical or access problem does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

If you experience difficulty accessing purchased materials, contact info@narcissisticabuserecovery.com.

Reasonable efforts will be made to identify the problem and, where appropriate, restore or provide replacement access.

You are responsible for maintaining compatible devices, software, internet access and sufficient storage to access, download and retain the materials.

3. Downloaded Materials

Where materials are downloadable, you are responsible for downloading and securely retaining your own copies. Failure to download, save or retain purchased materials does not create an entitlement to a refund.

Purchased materials, private download links and access pages are for the purchaser’s personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, resold or otherwise made available to another person.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase or that a transaction was processed incorrectly, contact info@narcissisticabuserecovery.com with sufficient information to identify the transaction.

Confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.

5. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization, contact info@narcissisticabuserecovery.com promptly so it can be reviewed.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law regarding an unauthorized transaction.

6. Misuse of Digital Materials

Access may be suspended or terminated where there is reasonable evidence that a purchaser has shared private access or download links; copied, reproduced, recorded, uploaded or distributed protected materials without authorization; resold or commercially exploited the materials; or otherwise materially violated the applicable Terms and Conditions.

Termination resulting from misuse or a material violation does not create an entitlement to a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or waives any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or waived.

Where applicable law requires a cancellation, refund or other remedy in a particular circumstance, that legal requirement will apply.

8. Agreement at Checkout

By completing your purchase and selecting the required Refund Policy checkbox, you acknowledge and agree that:

• you have reviewed this Refund Policy before purchasing;

• you are purchasing digital content;

• the purchased materials are automatically delivered or made available following successful payment;

• delivery or access occurs when you are provided with the means to access the purchased materials, whether or not you subsequently open, download, save, listen to or use them;

• the sale is final once payment has been successfully completed and the purchased digital materials have been delivered or made available; and

• refunds, exchanges and cancellations are not offered except where otherwise required by applicable law.
